Used to Like Cheesecake Factory, Then...
/I just had the worst experience at Cheesecake Factory. They just opened a new restaurant about a month ago and I was looking forward to trying it out. The appetizer was cold, the waiter was non-existent and my well-done burger was bright red and very undercooked. I had the burger sent back, but it took forever to get it back. My husband was done eating, when my burger finally came back. It seemed as our dinner went on, it got worse and worse. We couldn't wait to get out of there and even skipped their famous cheesecake, because the experience was so awful. I think they will be getting a letter from me...
