Gooseberry Patch recently offered me the chance to review their new cookbook Gooseberry Patch 101 Cozy Casseroles
I've been a Gooseberry Patch fan for a long time and follow them on Pinterest too. You can also like them on Facebook and follow them on Twitter.
I have always loved their down to earth recipes. I decided to make the Cheeseburger Bake. Here's how it went!
First I gathered up all my ingredients. This is a very easy but tasty recipe! All you'll need is a tube of crescent rolls, taco seasoning, tomato sauce, cheddar cheese and a lb. of hamburger.
Then I rolled out the crescent roll dough and pushed into the pan, being sure to match up the seams.
Then I browned up the ground beef.
Then I added in the sauce mixture and cheese. It's ready to bake!
Here's the finished product!
Delicious and hearty fall casserole!

My favorite casserole dish would have to be cornbread corn. Every time we have a family get together this is a must.
We love Mac and Cheese. It's just one of those comfort foods that we never get tired of.

Mac N cheese
I like a cheesy chicken casserole with the main ingredients being rotel tomatoes, chicken chunks, and Jiffy Cornbread mix. Very tasty!
Our favorite casserole, hands down would have to be Cheesy Potato Ham. I've been making it for years when the kids were small, and they still love it. We change it up too, buy switching to chicken.
We have a Macaroni and Cheese recipe, using 3 different kinds of cheese, that is out-of-this-world and by far a favorite!
Chicken pot pie, Chicken and rice, Zucchini bake. I have a big list. LOVE casseroles
