Have you purchased Nutella recently? There is a class action suit about Nutella. If you believed Nutella was a healthy product when you purchased it between 8/1/09 - 1/23/12, you can join the lawsuit. You can receive $4 per jar, up to five jars.  You can file online or by mail.
