Have a safe and fun Halloween! Our neighborhood has trick or treating tonight, with restricted hours. This is much different from the trick or treating from my childhood! Trick or treating was from dusk until early morning hours, with a lot of vandalism and "tricks". I'm glad neighborhoods have specific hours for it now, instead of letting it go on for hours. I did pick up a can of silly string today at Giant Eagle, it was already 50% off! Took me back to my childhood, when the day after Halloween, the streets and driveways were covered in the brightly colored goop.
