Get out a 3" x 5" plain piece of paper, and hand-print your full name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, email address, and a line that states, “I attest that I am 18 years of age or older” and then mail it in a hand-addressed, business-size envelope with first-class postage affixed, to the address you'll find on the sweepstakes website. Because you're not submitting a receipt, if you win, you'll get a $300 gift card.
