I love finding deals, but I also like reading up on finances in general. A book I'm reading now is All Your Worth. It is an excellent book, describing how people find themselves having a harder time making ends meet, because their "must have" obligations are too high (including mortgage, car payments, insurance, etc.) Many find themselves in credit card debt, trying to pay the other bills and have some extras in their life. They proposed some interesting solutions (including moving to a cheaper place, taking in a roommate, etc.)They are definitely right that it's getting harder to pay bills, unless you are a millionaire!
