Yesterday, my son and I did a lot of shopping, getting ready for Easter. First, we went to Walmart and picked up a few things. Then, we went to Kohl's and we found a pair of pants for him and shorts (if the weather ever warms up!). Then off to Payless- we got a good price on the shoes and used a 20% off coupon. Our last stop was World Market. They have the cutest Easter items, and they are already marking them down!

And that reminds me, Easter clearance starts Monday, April 13. It will be 50% off for a few days, then I suspect it will go to 75% off by the end of the week. Target in particular seems to clear out Easter items really quickly. And I've noticed too, that the grocery stores have holiday clearance, but their prices are never as good as Target. It's probably because they mark up the cost of candy, decorations, etc, so their clearance prices aren't that great. That's a big reason I focus my clearance shopping on Target.
