Why I Like Blockbuster Better Than Netflix

I use Netflix on and off, but I prefer Blockbuster for many reasons. First, Blockbuster is convenient for me. It's right up the road and I like being able to go in and get a movie. My son also likes to rent games, something Netflix doesn't offer.

It seems sometimes with Netflix it's such a pain to get the new release movie, without the queue saying "very long wait". I recently put my Netflix account on hold because of this. My husband wanted a popular new release movie and Netflix kept saying "long wait". We walked into Blockbuster and he got the movie he wanted!  

I was just in there today, redeeming my free 2 movie, 2 Coca-Cola and popcorn coupon (that I got off Mycokerewards) and I asked if they were going out of business. As far as they knew, they were not one of the 850 stores closing. One bad thing though? As of March 1st, they have brought back late fees. I'm not cool with that, but I'll just make sure to get the movies back on time!
