Apple Regret- I Think I Picked Too Many

We had fun on Sat. apple-picking and I didn't think there were that many apples, until I started to actually look at the box of apples today. My mother in law gave me the best recipe for apple cake and I made it today, as pictured above. It came out great! But what to do about the rest??
