November 04, 2015 Target Halloween Clearance 2015 November 04, 2015/ Diane Schmidt Clearance was at 50% off for costumes, 30% for candy and as you can see by the photos, most was cleaned out as of Nov.3. Cam and I only picked up a few things, not a very good selection.
