Grand Prize – Determine all (63) Games Correctly (“Perfect Bracket”):  The Grand Prize is:  $1,000,000 paid out as a 40 year annuity with equal payments of $25,000 (present value annuity: $500,000). 

Runner-Up Prizes – Most Points (“Bracket Winner & 2 Runner Ups”):  The (3) eligible entrants (excluding any Grand Prize winner, if any) who score the most points in the Challenge will win the Runner-Up Prizes subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.  The Runner-Up Prizes are:
