AT&T Data Breach Settlement

If your personal data was exposed in one of the major AT&T data breaches in 2024, you may be eligible for a cash payment of up to $7,500 as part of a newly announced settlement.

The settlement covers two separate incidents:

  • Data Incident 1 (March 30, 2024): exposed names, addresses, Social Security numbers, and more.

  • Data Incident 2 (July 12, 2024): exposed telephone-related data from a third-party cloud platform.

Potential payments include:

  • Up to $5,000 for documented losses from Incident 1, or a share of the $149M fund

  • Up to $2,500 for documented losses from Incident 2, or a share of the $28M fund

  • Up to $7,500 if affected by both breaches

The deadline to submit a claim is November 18, 2025. Eligible customers should receive an email from attsettlement@e.emailksa.com with details.
